Our “dispatch” time estimate as stated is calculated from receipt of payment to us sending the goods via royal mail or courier, not the time in which you will receive them.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under a distance contract, if you buy goods, you do have the right to cancel your contract within a period of 14 days. This begins on the day after the day you receive the goods.
Returns
Good must be returned to us intact and in their original condition; we reserve the right not to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty/damaged. A full refund including postage will be processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned goods. In all cases where you may wish to cancel your contract, we would request that you contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to assist you.
Any missing, damaged or lost items must be reported to Lorna Jayne Ltd within 2 working days.
